RescueNet on the ground in Nepal
Rescue efforts are ramping up in Nepal after the massive 7.8 earthquake and RescueNet is in the thick of it. Today has been filled with planning meetings with the United Nations, World Health Organization (WHO) and the Nepal Ministry of Health.
The first few days have been spent in the capital of Kathmandu. After evaluating the extent of the damage and needs with other relief agencies, RescueNet has decided to go to the outlying areas of Kathmandu, which have not received any aid yet and are in desperate need of help.
Please continue to pray for our team as we go out into badly affected areas surrounding Kathmandu. If you would like to partner with us financially, please click here. Thank you for your faithful prayer and financial support as we help the people of Nepal.
